In Memory of Bob Kobylus and Bob’s Heart

Bob Kobylus lived a life defined by service. As a firefighter and EMT, he showed up for people on some of the hardest days of their lives. He did not just respond to emergencies, he responded with compassion, steadiness, and heart. Anyone who knew Bob knew that helping others was not just his profession, it was who he was.

When Bob passed away unexpectedly in 2026, we chose to see it as a calling for his light to continue to shine. Though his absence is deeply felt, his influence did not fade. Instead, it became an inspiration and a calling for all of us who knew and loved him to carry his spirit forward.

Three close friends, all entrepreneurs who admired Bob’s character and work ethic, joined alongside his wife, Kristine, to carry forward the business Bob started and loved. Together, they made a commitment: this would never be just a company. It would be a continuation of Bob’s legacy.

At the center of everything we do is what we call the “Heart of Bob.” The Heart of Bob defines our culture and our core values:
